- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape measure level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.
We ship using express international shipping. Depending on your location, availability, cost and delivery time, we will choose the shipping method which is most suited. Normal delivery times as as follows. Europe and the UK - 2 to 3 days. USA and Canada - 4 to 6 days. Rest of the world - 1 to 2 weeks.
