- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button.

We choose which is best for your location. Normal delivery times as as follows. Europe and the UK - 2 to 3 days. USA and Canada - 4 to 6 days. Rest of the world - 1 to 2 weeks.
