How long does delivery take
Normal delivery times are as follows. Ireland 1 to 3 days unless next day delivery is selected on checkout. USA 5 to 10 days. Europe 3 to 6 days. Rest of the World 2 to 3 weeks. Please note next day delivery is available on orders received before 1pm Irish time.
What shipping service do you use
We use express international shipping with An Post. A tracking number will be provided to you. Please note tracking will not work in certain counties.
Do you accept returns
Yes. We offer 60 day returns. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, return it to us in original condition for a refund less any shipping and processing costs.
Do you pay my import tax
No. You might be liable for whatever import tax your country charges. If import tax is not payed and the good are returned to us we will refund you for your order less any shipping and processing costs .
What if my order is out of stock
If your item is out of stock and you go ahead and place the order we will contact the manufacturer and order your item. We will then contact you and let you know an approximate delivery time. Please see our back order page for more information
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data is protected by our secure and encrypted SSL certificate. This uses 256 bit encryption, which is industry standard.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We aim to ship in the same day if your order is placed before 1pm GMT. You will receive an email with your order conformation and summery invoice. If any of your items are on backorder we will send what we have in stock straight away and send your backorders when they arrive to us. We will cover the shipping cost of backorders. If we cannot get your backorders because of items being out of stock, we will notify you and can replace your out of stock items with similar value replacements or if you prefer we will issue a refund.
